This 90 min sound journey incorporates additional ancient healing practices which have been developed and performed by shamans in South America for centuries. These ancient healing traditions are fundamental to tribes in the Amazon, to foster and maintain the health and peace of the individuals, in community with each other. For the month of November I’m offering clients 50% off this offering. Coupon Code: FALLSOUND Details: After filling out a short intake form, I will design a sound journey based on your current needs and goals for the session. In this way I am able to call in specific spirit animals, guides, plants, or deities (you may already be in communion with) to support and bolster the healing container. We start with simple breathing exercises to help you settle. You may choose a specific intention for the session or you might just want to relax and let the sounds guide you where you need to go. I will surround you with sounds from various instruments such as singing bowls, drums, flutes, chimes, harmonium and voice to support your journey towards harmony in your physical, emotional and spiritual body. There will be a portion of the journey dedicated to gratitude for your life, your ancestors and your spirit guides. We will celebrate your life by calling out your various achievements, passions and pursuits, and all that came to be to make your life possible. This is accompanied by a specific healing song called an icaro before and after our sharing of gratitude. The session ends with a short integration and sharing, as desired. Sound baths are very beneficial for just about anyone, including people who are experiencing disease, illness and trauma. Let old patterns and disruptions go while bathing in sound. Let us work together to unblock stuck energies.
