Trouble sleeping? Need some self-care time? Want to celebrate who you are?

My ambition to share a variety of healing arts is leading me to prisons, hospitals, veterans facilities, schools, and beyond, but working with individuals in a 1:1 setting is my favorite work.

Beginning today and through November, I am offering half off a 90 min sound journey in Asheville NC.

Sound therapy offers a range of tangible benefits. It can aid in processing emotions, inviting deeply restful awakened states and sleep, and can often help us reset our nervous systems.

During a 90 mins. session I will bathe you in the sounds of wooden flutes, chimes, bowls and bells and gongs. My love of acoustic instruments is far reaching and I have quite a collection to share.

Each session also incorporates a variety of hand-picked healing traditions and rituals such as mantra meditation, Chi Gong and forgiveness practices from the East and the limpia, soplar, curazion, and flower bath from the Andes. Anything that works or aids in spiritual, emotional, and physical alignment is a potential tool in my repertoire. Some general info about these practices is below:

  1. Mantra Meditation: This practice involves the repetition of a specific word, phrase, or sound (mantra) to quiet the mind, reduce stress, and enhance spiritual awareness.

  2. Chi Gong (Qigong): Chi Gong is a Chinese practice that combines breath control, meditation, and gentle movement to cultivate and balance the body's vital energy (qi or chi). It can promote physical health and relaxation.

  3. Forgiveness Practices: Forgiveness practices from the East often involve meditation and reflection to release negative emotions, grudges, and resentments, promoting emotional healing and well-being.

  4. Limpia: Limpia is a cleansing or purification ritual often used in South American indigenous traditions. It's meant to remove negative energies or "energetic baggage" from a person's energy field.

  5. Soplar: Soplar, in some traditions, refers to the practice of blowing or "sucking" negative energies from a person's body. It's a way to cleanse and purify the individual's energy.

  6. Curazion (Curación): Curación means "healing" in Spanish. It's a term that can encompass a variety of healing practices in the Andean and Latin American cultures, which may include herbal remedies, energy work, and spiritual healing.

  7. Flower Bath: A flower bath is a ritual in which a person bathes in water infused with flowers, herbs, or other natural elements. It's often used for purification and spiritual cleansing accompanied by sacred songs called Icaros.

Using this diverse set of tools, I can address a wide range of issues related to your spiritual, emotional, and physical well-being. My aim is to adapt and personalize these practices to meet your specific needs and goals, as well as to supercharge your innate power and life force.
